JUDGMENT

Introduction

[1] The plaintiff wife ("PW") and the defendant husband [(1st defendant) - ("DH")] had in between them filed several applications for this court's consideration, arising from the same subject matter, ie a consent order ("the said consent order") entered by parties on 8 February 2017 (encl 30).

[2] DH filed an application on 26 June 2017 to cite PW for contempt and to commit her to prison for failure to comply with the said consent order after the required leave was granted on 24 April 2017. However, before the said committal proceedings could be heard and determined, four interlocutory applications were filed by both parties, subsequent to which, decisions were delivered by this court on 15 August 2017, as follows:

(a) Enclosure (46) - PW's application (filed on 8 August 2017) to vary the said consent order This application was dismissed by this court and an appeal was filed against this decision (the present appeal).
